Sri Chaitanya E Pragnya: Is it a myth or a reality?
A true story of Lord Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and his disciple Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu is full of miracles. It is said that Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu was born on the 14th of April, 1486 A.D. in the village of Medipur in the present day India. He was the incarnation of Lord Vishnu and is the founder of the Hare Krsna Movement.

Here is a true story of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. When he was young he was very fond of reading books. One day, when he was reading a book, a man came to him and asked him to come to the river to bathe. The man told him that the water of the river had medicinal properties.
The man told him that the water of the river had the power to cure all the diseases. Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu refused to go to the river. He said that he knew how to cure all the diseases and he will not use the water of the river.
The man left and returned after a few days. He brought some food to Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu asked him why he didn’t bring the medicine. The man replied that he couldn’t find the medicine in the river.
Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu took the food and started eating. After eating he realized that he was hungry. He thought that he had not eaten anything for a long time and that the food was really good. He took some of the food and ate it. Then he realized that he had forgotten to ask the man about the medicine.
He took the medicine and started feeling sleepy. He went to sleep and started dreaming. He saw the Lord Krishna and heard Him saying, “I am Chaitanya. You are my servant. I have taken birth as a human being.”
Then he woke up and realized that he was talking to the Lord. He was very surprised to know that he was dreaming. He said, “I have never seen a dream like this before. I have never met such a wonderful Lord. You are the most merciful God.”
