How does the IFMIS work?

The IFMIS is a web based system. It has a user interface that is called the IFMIS Portal. The portal is accessible through the internet.

The users of this portal have to log in and start using the system. The user will have to provide their login credentials to use this system.

Once the user is logged in, he/she can see all the details of the employee like their salary, leave, pension etc.

How to create the IFMIS Payroll Form?

The IFMIS is a web based system. So, the user has to open the web browser and enter the IP address of the IFMIS server. Once the user enters the IP address, the IFMIS system will load.

Now the user can start creating the payroll form. The user will have to go to the payroll page. From the page, the user will be able to select the department from which he/she wants to calculate the salary.

After selecting the department, the user will have to select the employee from the list. In case the user has multiple employees, then the system will ask him to add the employee in the payroll form.

After selecting the employee, the user will have to select the department and the month from the drop down menu.

After selecting the department and the month, the user will be able to select the salary of the employee.
